Akron, Ohio Formerly of Kaukauna, died November 1, 2000, in Stow, Ohio, at the a ge of 78. Leo was born in Kaukauna on May 12, 1922, son of the late Willi am and Mamie (Golden) Rohan. He married the former Mary J. Brandt and t he couple has resided in the Akron area for the past thirty-six years. Dur ing those years, Leo owned and operated the Rohan Vending Company and w as a member of the Silver Lake Country Club. Many Kaukauna residents wi ll remember Leo for his beautiful singing voice. He also enjoyed golfing a nd magic. He is survived by his wife, Mary Rohan, Akron, Ohio; a son, L ee (Vicky) Rohan, Akron; a daughter, Kerry (Louis) Prpich, Akron; four gra nddaughters, Cortney Rohan, Ryan Prpich, Erin Prpich and Emma Prpich; thr ee brothers, Mark (Dolores) Rohan, California; Clifford (Aileen) Rohan, Ph oenix, Arizona; Victor (Helen) Rohan, Madison; a sister, Elaine (Bob) Volk mann, California. He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin; brothers, Will iam, John, Emmett and Roy; and a sister, Helen Coffey. The funeral litur gy for Leo will be 4 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2000, at HOLY CROSS CATH OLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna, with Fr. Jim Lucas officiati ng. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call direct ly at the church on Friday from 2 p.m. until the hour of the service. A me morial fund in Leo's name has been established.
