  Hunt, Mildred F. (nee Boerner) Kaukauna Age 88, died Monday, November 4, 2002 at the Franciscan Care Center, Appleton. She was born December 3, 1913 in Kaukauna, the daughter of the late William and Elsie (Rutsch) Boerner. Millie was a 1931 graduate of Kaukauna High School. She attended and graduated from Bowlby Business College. Millie was a Legal Secretary for H.F. McAndrews from 1936-1947 and worked for Esler and Esler from 1970-1976. On April 6, 1946 Millie married Russell Hunt at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Kaukauna. The couple enjoyed 40 years of marriage prior to his death on April 27, 1986. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ where she served as church secretary from 1964-1970. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: William R. and Susan K. Hunt, Sarasota, Florida; a daughter and son-in-law: Mary and Kenneth Smith, Milwaukee; special friends: Ed and Mary Geiger, Kaukauna, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell and a sister and brother-in-law: Ruth (Carl) Darrow. Funeral services will be 12 noon Thursday at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Kaukauna with Pastor Melinda Feller officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Friends may call directly at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name of Immanuel United Church of Christ. Boettcher Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.
