  Margaret Hietpas Pennin gs (Margaret Verhagen), Kaukauna, age 95, died at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Augu st 20th, 1994. She was born April 13th, 1899 to the late Gerrit Verhag en and Dora Romenesko. She was a member of the St. John Catholic Churc h, Little Chute. Survivors include three daughters: Patricia Tatro, of Ap pleton; Betty VanderSanden, of Little Chute; Margaret Hietpas, of Kaukaun a; a daughter in law, Yvonne Hietpas, of Little Chute; five sons: Arthur a nd Irene Hietpas, of Appleton; Paul and Ethel Hietpas, of Coleman; Owen a nd Irene Hietpas, of Leesburg Fla.; Mark Hietpas and special friend of Bet ty VanSchindel, of Kaukauna; Dennis Hietpas, of Kaukauna; a son in law Wil liam Mattern, of Menasha; 50 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a nd 10 great great-grandchildren. She's also survived by stepdaughters, Hel en Dutkrevic of Combined Locks; Beatrice Watry of Little Chute; Evelyn a nd Julius Schmidt of Sherwood; Leila and Norbert Delrow of Kaukauna; Ade le and Jerry Stein of Little Chute; stepsons Clarence Pennings, of Combin ed Locks; Alvin Pennings, of Combined Locks; 17 step grandchildren a nd 22 step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husban d, William P. Hietpas in 1955; her second husband William Pennings in 197 8, two daughters, Bernice Larson in 1985 and Shirley Mattern in 1988, a nd a daughter in law Ruth Hietpas in 1991, a son, William in 1988; three s ons-in-laws; Ted Larson in 1968, Henry Tatro in 1980, and Casey VanderSand en in 1993, grandchildren Randy Hietpas, Kay Ellen Hietpas, Doug Matter n; four brothers Henry, Michael, Louis, and John Verhagen; four sisters A nn, Hattie, Catherine, and Mary. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a .m. Tuesday from St. John Catholic Church with the Reverend Monsignor Jam es Vandenhogen officiating. Internment will be in the parish cemetery.
