Diona Parker Dickerson Helen West is my Grandfather's mother. He was born out of wedlock, such a horrible thing back then. His name is Carl Walter Bowen. His father 's name was Earl Bowan, Helen never married him, became a housekeeper for Peter West, then married him later.
