- Robert A. Kavanaugh ag ed 73 passed away Thursday November 4th, 1999, in the arms of his loving w ife and family. He was born on November 30th 1925 in Kaukauna son of the l ate John and Anna (Dorsey) Kavanaugh. On September 24th 1947 Bob married R ose (Coenen) Kavanaugh and had 52 years of wedded bliss while residi ng in Little Chute until retirement. They then moved to Kelly Lake in t he summer and Plant City Florida and the winter, filling his retirement wi th warmth, beauty and golf. Bob was self-employed, owning Kavanaugh Refrig eration from 1955 to 1988 in Little Chute. He was a member of St. John Cat holic Church and attended St. Clements in Plant City. He will be remember ed with loved by his wife Rose; four children, Karla and Tom Weyenberg, Li ttle Chute; Maureen and Ken Kappell, Kaukauna; Robert and JoAnn Kavanaug h, Appleton; Diane and Steve Reis, Brillion; Bob also had 13 grandchildre n; Susan (John) Schmitz, Michael, Scott, Elizabeth and Jessica Weyenber g; Sharon and Maria Kappell; Earl Kavanaugh, Jennifer and Janna Ortigar a; Jason, Jenny and Ashley Reis. Three little great-grandchildren will al so miss their grandpa; Drew, Kendra, and Kaitlyn; a sister Mary (Jerry) M authe, Appleton; a brother Jack (Jane) Kavanaugh, Madison; Bill (Terry) Pa lm Beach, Florida; sisters-in-law Dorothy Kavanaugh of Minnesota; Mary El len Kavanaugh of Kaukauna; Marian (Robert) Driessen, White Potato Lake; L eone (Robert) Stadler of Kelly Lake; Orpha Coenen, Little Chute; Robert a lso had two special girls, who gave him so much love and joy Kasha and Hol ly, his best pet friends. He is also survived by nieces and nephews oth er relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his brothers Jame s, Michael and Nicholas (Marian) Kavanaugh; sister-in-law Esther (Clarenc e) DeBruin, brothers in law; Andrew Coenen and Richard (Delores) Coene n, a great grandchild Jonathan Michael Schmitz. Funeral service will be h eld at 4:00 p.m. Thursday November 11, 1999 at St. John Catholic Church Li ttle Chute. To Our Father Dear, We want to thank you for all the love a nd laughter you brought to our lives. You taught us by example of how li fe should be lived. You will be loved and remembered forever. The funeral was held Thursday, November 11 at St. John Cathol ic Church, Little Chute with the Rev. John Schuetze officiating. Verkuil en Funeral Home, Little Chute, assisted the family.
