- Eileen Liebergen, 92, Kaukauna, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon, November 12, 2010, at St. Paul Home. Eileen was born in Hollandtown, on December 27, 1917, daughter of the late Martin and Mayme (Duffy) Fink. On October 3, 1938, she married Willard Liebergen in Hollandtown. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1988.
Over the years, Eileen was employed at White Clover Dairy, as well as Van Abels. Many will remember how she loved to play cards with friends and relatives.
Eileen is survived by two children, Jerry (Judy) Liebergen, Kaukauna; and Lois (Todd) Luedtke, Little Chute; a son-in-law, Jack Heilman, Kaukauna; six grandchildren, Dawn (Bob) Dercks, Diane (Gary) Soltwisch, Bill (Ann) Heilman, Nate (Melissa) Luedtke, Brandon Luedtke and his special friend, Emily Van Dyke, and Andy Luedtke; eight great-grandchildren, Danielle, Brian and Nick Dercks; Gregg, Lindsay and Sam Soltwisch; and Jonathon and Rebecca Heilman. There is also a sister-in-law, Agnes Liebergen.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Joni Heilman; a son, Bill Liebergen; and a brother, Francis (Alice) Fink.
The funeral liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 15, 2010, at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH - ST. FRANCIS CHURCH in Hollandtown, with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Monday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
Eileen's family would like to thank the entire staff at St. Paul Home. You cared for our Mother as though she were your own. She could have been in no better hands. Thank you so much.
