- Dr. Albigence Waldo Robinson, s. of Eliab Robinson and Lucy Richardson, was b. May 22, 1787 at Poultney, VT and d. Mar. 6, 1859 at Appleton, WI, Æ 72. He was undoubtedly named for Dr. Albigence Waldo, a well known physican of Windham County, CT who was physican and surgeon to Gen. George Washington and his troops during their 1777-8 winter encampment at Valley Forge, Penn.
On Dec. 30, 1882 at St. Johnsbury, VT, Albigence m. Mary Euphemia Chenet (town rec.), b. Mar. 26, 1800 at St. Vincent de Paul parish, Laval, Province of Quebec, Canada and d. at Appleton, WI on Aug. 29, 1882, Æ 82. They had the following children with each girl having three names before its surname:
• i. Margaret Ann Elizabeth Robinson, b. July 22, 1824 at St. John (now Saint Jean), PQ, Canada, d. in 1871 at Malone, NY; m. Dr. Theodore Gay on Sept. 28, 1842, prob. at Pittsford, VT.
• ii. Josephina Angelica Lucie Robinson, b. Jan. 29, 1826 at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, PQ, Canada; was living in June 1855 at New Haven, NY.
• iii. Anthony Eliab Robinson, b. May 10, 1828 prob. at St. John (now Saint Jean), PQ, Canada; no further record.
• iv. Petayra Zoe Laura Robinson, b. Sept. 4, 1830 at St. Vincent de Paul parish, Laval, PQ, Canada, d. at Appleton, WI on Aug. 28, 1916; m. James M. Barker on Mar. 26, 1854 and resided at Appleton, WI.
• v. Louisa A. E. Robinson, b. Oct. 8, 1836 prob. at Montreal, PQ, Canada; d. July 3, 1838 prob. at Pittsford, VT.
• vi. Marie "Effie" Louise Euphemia Robinson, b. Aug. 19, 1841 at Crown Point, Essex, NY; d. unm. at Astoria, Oregon on Apr. 10, 1928.
