- Steven E. "Kip" Kitzerow, 55, passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, surround ed by his family. He was born on Sept. 23, 1951, in Wausau, son of Gene a nd Katie (Dustin) Kitzerow. On April 22, 1995, he was married to Kelli Kau fert. Kip graduated from St. Mary High School in 1969. He retired this ye ar as District Sales Manager for Dr. Pepper/Seven Up Bottling, Oshkos h. He was a City of Neenah Alderman since April 2003 Kip was a board memb er of Youth Go, Neenah/Menasha Breakfast Optimist Club and was Past-Presid ent of the Crooked Lake Lake Association. Being a member of the Investme nt Club gave him an outlet for his love of watching the stock market. Kip 's passions were his children and time spent at the cottage. Being bless ed with a son, Brian, in 1977, with whom many hunting memories were made a nd will be treasured in our hearts forever. Adding to that joy, Kelly Jo w as born in 1980; a father/daughter bond so strong that it will never exi st anywhere again. No man will ever love her more. Kip also made many frie nds and will be missed by so many of the people he came in contact with th rough, Gib's Owl, Gord's Bar, and the many sheephead games on "the wheel ", lunches at The Dome, bowling and softball.
Kip will be deeply missed by his wife, Kelli Kitzerow, Neenah; his childre n, Brian (Krista Fancher) Kitzerow and Kelly Jo Kitzerow, both of Neena h; his father and mother, Gene and Katie Kitzerow, Neenah; his brothers a nd sisters, Dan (Julie) Kitzerow, Panama City, Fla.; Laura (Joe) Wojcik, N eenah; Sarah (Dan) Holtz, Michigan; John (Vicky) Kitzerow, Pewaukee; and D iane (John) Knecht, Franklin; his mother-in-law, Brenda Schroeder, Neena h; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Dean (Renee) Kaufert, Neenah; Gary (An ne) Kaufert, Neenah; Scott (Sue) Kaufert, Neenah; Lee (Jean Ann) Schroede r, Waupaca; Lynn (Rene) De La Cruz, Apple Valley, Calif.; and Jeff (Jacki e) Montour, Appleton; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Kimberly, Ashle y, Kaitlyn, Dustin, Elaina, Julia, David, Thomas, Mark, Danny, John, Chels ey, Emma, Christian, Jena, Elise, Casey, Kari, Beth, Chris, Danielle, Step hanie, Austin, Aubrey, Kristin, Jacob, Kaiden, C.J., Emily and Brett; seve ral aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, especially, Gary (Cindy Seymour) B auer, Ken (Jan) Brusda and Julie (Paul) Buechner.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathleen and by his father-in-la w, Marshall Schroeder.
A Funeral Mass for Kip will be held on Monday, Oct. 2, 2006, at 11 a. m. at St. Margaret-Mary Catholic Church, Neenah with the Rev. Michael L. I ngold officiating. Family and friends may visit TONIGHT at Westgor Funer al Home, Neenah from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Monday at the church fr om 9 to 11 a.m.
