- Kuehl, AnitaAnita Kuehl, age 93, of Kewaunee, died Wednesday, September 13, 2006, at N orth Ridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 20, 19 12, at Kewaunee to the late Otto and Lydia (Hoffman) Stuebs. Anita work ed as a clerk and cake decorator for 23 years at Belleau's Pastery Shop.She enjoyed her home and garden. She also was an avid Sheepshead player. S he was an active member with the Ladies Aide for many years. Anita marri ed Lester C. Kuehl on August 5, 1935, at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in K ewaunee. He preceded her in death June 27, 1981.Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Ralph Zoromski, Appl eton; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Judith Kuehl, Manitowoc; fi ve grandchildren: Susan (Bill) Ognacevic and their children: Emily, Adrien ne, and Nellie; Sharyn Brum and her children, Stephen and Amy; Shelly (Ke n) Baeten and their children, Katie and Chad; Jamie (Jim) Schnell and the ir children: Jacob, Jeremy, Jeffrey; Dr. Justin Kuehl (Trisha Smith) and t heir daughter, Elizabeth and a baby son to be born in December; a sister a nd brother-in-law, Dorothy (Art) Vogel; two sisters-in-law, Ora Stuebs a nd Amy Waterstreet. Preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.Friends may call at Buchanan Funeral Home, Kewaunee, after 4 p.m. Frida y, September 15 and at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Kewaunee after 9 a. m. Saturday, September 16 until time of service. Funeral service will be h eld at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with Rev. Randy Schoemann. Burial wi ll be at Riverview Cemetery. Mom, grandma, and great-grandma will be greatly missed.
