  William, age 68, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at Good Shepherd Home in Seymour. He was born December 1, 1938, in Appleton, son of the late Eric W. and Marion (Fentz) Kirk. He operated E.W. Kirk and Son Builders for many years and later worked for Miller/Freedom Lumber. He was a member of Immanuel Ev Lutheran Church of Black Creek. William is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Luann and Keith Kiesow of Neenah; Denise and Lance Cornuet of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Ronald and Ann Kirk of Kennesaw, GA; Robert Kirk; Donna DeVries of White Lake; six grandchildren: Kevin (Nicole) Kiesow, Torrie (Mike) Ring, Bradley Burling, Jessica Ward, Joe Cornuet, Brandie Cornuet; three nephews and six nieces. Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, September 9, 2007, at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Lederer Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Steven Schlicht officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call directly at the funeral chapel on Sunday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. The family would like to express a special thank you to dad's fiancee, Janette Baeder, for faithfully visiting dad for the last eight years and also a special thank you to Good Shepherd Services and Heartland Hospice.
