- Gary M. Malueg, Neenah, age 62, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. Gary was born June 24, 1944, in Clintonville, to the late Albert and Beatrice (McKay) Malueg. He was a 1962 graduate of Clintonville High School. Gary married Darlene Werth on November 11, 1967. Gary had a courageous fight with Lupus, but only showed his good humor on the outside. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. Gary was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Appleton.
Gary is survived by his wife, Darlene, their children Mark, of London, England; and Michelle, of Manitowoc, his best buddy, his granddog, Rudy; a brother James (Dorothy) Malueg, Tucson, AZ; sisters: Dorothy Kotlarz, New London; Audrey (Raymond) Koukari, Shawano; and Karen Layden, Milwaukee; sister in law Betty (Lynn) Jepson, Clintonville; three brothers in law: Bruce Werth, Houston, TX., Larry (Diane) Werth, Symco; James (Joyce) Werth, Clintonville, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother Robert and a sister, Virginia.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2006, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2220 East College Avenue, Appleton, with Pastor Martin Koeller officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at church. A memorial is being established.
