- Jeremiah Daniel Coppens, 22, Fairview Heights, Ill., formerly of Green Bay, entered into eternal peace Monday, Dec. 31, 2007.
He was born Dec. 23, 1985, in Green Bay, to Amanda (Kramer) Bowser and Daniel Coppens.
Jeremiah recently graduated from Belleville East High School in Fairview Heights, Ill., and attended Southwestern Illinois University. He had enjoyed many years of camp and made many friendships while attending MDA Summer Camp.
Jeremiah had been living with his precious Aunt Tina, Uncle Tony, and wonderful cousins, Matthew, Steven, Nicholas, Robert and Tawnee. Jeremiah was an avid wrestling fan and a die-hard Oakland Raiders fan. He had a wonderful sense of humor and especially enjoyed the times spent with family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Amanda Bowser and her significant other, Keith Halonen, Green Bay; Daniel Coppens, Abrams; his grandparents, Robert and Viola Schoen, Green Bay; Mary Paye, Abrams; three brothers and one sister, Holly, Christopher, Andrew, Daniel; his aunts and uncles, Kim Hecker, Tina Kramer and Tony Hammonds, Ronica Kramer, Kellie and Dave Langer, Dave, Todd and Shannon Kramer, Jeff and Tammy Schoen, Brian Schoen; his cousins, Tad, Adam, Kayla, Toni, Samantha, Amy, Todd, Ari, Katrina, Grant, Dagan; a very special friend, Carolynne Younk, MDA Director; many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Kramer; and his grandparents, Raymond and Veronica Kramer.
Friends may call at St. Joseph Catholic Church, corner of Ninth St. and 12th Ave., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Andrew Kysely officiating. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
