  Bartel, Sandra Ann Sandra Bartel, 72, Neenah, died Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at Cherry Meadows Hospice. She was born December 24, 1935, in Neenah, daughter of Clifford and Blanche (Schultz) Allen. Sandra married Glen Mikkelsen and he preceded her in death. She married Vilas "Bart" Bartel, July 3, 1964, and he preceded her in death August 23, 2004. She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse for area hospitals. Sandra is survived by her children: Su Fisher, Neenah; Gary Mikkelsen, Menasha; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and a sister, Debi Allen, Milwaukee. She was also preceded in death by her parents and three sisters. Private graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah, with interment to follow.
