  Joan (Scholl) Zak, 93, Kaukauna, died on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008. Joan was born on Aug. 21, 1915, in Rossville, Ill., to Grace and Jonas Scholl. Her family moved to Clearwater Lake, Wis., in 1917. She graduated from Three Lakes, Wis., High School in 1932. In 1946, she moved to Little Chute, where she worked for United Grocers, retiring in 1979. Joan spent her retirement years between Wisconsin and Stuart, Fla. She is survived by her goddaughter, Susan Richmond, Appleton. Cremation will take place and burial will be in Three Lakes, Wis. There will be no services. Wichmann Funeral Home 537 N.
