- Faith K. Ertl, age 67, of Neenah, passed away Monday, December 27, 2004, with her family by her side. She was born on January 24, 1937, the daughter of Clarence and Erna (Tischauser) Krueger. Faith graduated from Appleton West High School in 1955. On October 5, 1957, she married Howard Ertl in Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Appleton. Faith enjoyed playing cards, cooking, bridge club, was a volunteer at Theda Clark Medical Center, and most of all was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a very unselfish person who put other people's needs ahead of her and was a good friend to all, who will be sadly missed.
Faith is survived by her husband Howard; two daughters: Robbin (Tom) Zimmerman, Renee Engelmann; two sons: Randall Ertl, Richard (Anna) Ertl; four grandchildren: Gavan, Lilyann, Callee, and Cassidy; her mother, Mrs. Ray Arnold and her husband; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Clarence.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2004, at 11 a.m., at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church ( Neenah), with the Rev. Roy Geenen officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2004, at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m., and on Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Faith's name.
