- Vanevenhoven, Harriet M.Harriet M. Vanevenhoven, 88, St. Paul Home, Kaukauna, passed away Wednesda y, June 11, 2003 at St. Paul Home. Harriet was born Sept. 5, 1914, in Litt le Chute, daughter of the late John and Nellie (Derks) Ver Voort. She marr ied Henry Vanevenhoven on May 2, 1936, at St. John Catholic Church in Litt le Chute; he preceded her in death on April 25, 1994. She was a devoted wi fe, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who especially enjoyed baki ng treats for those she loved. She also enjoyed playing cards, going up no rth to the family cottage and volunteering at Holy Cross Catholic Church a nd School. Harriet was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, the Ho ly Cross Altar Society and the Kaukauna Community Hospital Auxiliary.Survivors include two daughters, Rosemary (Richard) Vander Missen, De Per e; and Karen (David) Thiel, Port Edwards; seven grandchildren; 13 great-gr andchildren; two sisters, as well as several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-l aw, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Harri et was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry; her stepfathe r, Matt Van Den Bosch; as well as by numerous brothers and sisters and the ir spouses. The funeral liturgy for Harriet will be held on Monday, June 1 6, 2003 at 11 a.m. at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer St., in Kau kauna, with Fr. Jack Mullarkey officiating.
