  LUCY A. FAUST, 72, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009, at Heritage Park Health Care Center, Fort Wayne. She was retired from Lincoln Life. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Susan Faust of Garrett; grandchildren, Allison and Alex Faust; sister, Barbara Hosto of Texas; and brother, John Lemen of California. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Faust; son, Matthew Faust; and daughter, Mary Kunzman. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Road, with calling one hour prior. Private burial in Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by D.O.
