I would like to add some information to Jerome R. Derks. This is my father, I'm living child #4, my married name is Pribbernow, my husbands name is Daniel and we have a son named Shawn. The first 2 children listed under my father are not children with Burton, their mothers maiden name is Hennessey. Jesse is child 1 and Jerome Jr is child 2. Jerome Jr is married and has 1 son and 2 daughters. Child 3 is Jessica, her husbasnd is Jason and they have 2 daughters together. Jason also has 1 son from a previous relationship. - See Image Jerome R. Derks, age 46, died Th ursday, April 8th, 1999 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, the result of an automo bile accident. Jerry was born March 30th, 1953 in Appleton, son of Robe rt and Marcy (Sommers) Derks. On May 12th, 1978 he married Janice Burt on in Graham, Texas. Jerry enjoyed working on cars from young on and lo ok forward to hunting. He enjoyed spending time with his family and frien ds, and he was a big packer and racing fan. Jerry was employed with Kell er Structures as a welder for 20 years and was looking forward to his reti rement. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran. Jerry is also survived by his w ife, Janice, two sons: Jesse Derks, of Darboy and Jay Derks, of Neenah; t wo daughters, Jessica (Jason) Day, of Appleton, Jennifer Derks, of Appleto n; three grandchildren: Tyler, Amber, and Jasmine: his parents, Robert a nd Marcy Derks, of Kimberly; four brothers: Richard (Lynn) Derks, of Apple ton; Thomas (Mary) Derks, of Hortonville, Robert Derks Jr., of Appleton; J ames (Kris) Derks, of Appleton; five sisters: Susan Imwalle, of Hermosa S. D., Sandra (Joe) Smith, of Darboy, Sara (Lorman) Anderson, of Neenah, Vic ki Derks, of Citrus Heights Calif., Connie (Brian) Hieting, of Neenah, thr ee brothers in law, Donald (Gerri) Burton, Kenneth (Dee) Burton, and Jam es Burton, all of Appleton, and three sisters in law, Sandra (Robert) Schi lling, Judith (Robert) Lyons, and Beverly (John) Pompa, all of Appleto n. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Frances Derk s. Funeral services for Jerry will be held Sunday, April 11th, 1999 at 4: 00 p.m. at the Whitman Tri-County Chapel, with Father Rev. Larry Lange off iciating.
