- See Image Death notice of Martin C. Ryan; Death came to Martin C. Ryan on Ju ly 22, after an illness of five months. For the past 11 years he had be en on the staff of the State Adjutant General. Requem Mass was celebr ated on July 24 in Corpus Christi Church for Mr. Ryan. Rev. J.J. Walde of ficiated at the Mass and Rev. Bernard Loftus at the services in Fairlawn. Martin C. Ryan, a native of Appleton, Wisconsin, where he was born, M ay 30, 1872, was the son of Daniel Ryan and Margaret Powers Ryan. He w as married to Miss Nan Donohue in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. For 20 years he pr acticed dentistry both in Wisconsin and at Beggs, Oklahoma, where he mov ed in 1909. He lived for some time at Okmulgee before coming to Oklaho ma City. Survivors are his widow at the home address, 1329 N.W. 18th Street, a nd four sons, and two daughters: Clem R. Ryan and E.T. Ryan Oklahoma Cit y; M.H. Ryan, Los Angeles; Carl M. Ryan, Bartlesville; Mrs. Keith Sloan, L os Angeles; and Miss Virginia Ryan, of the home address. Also nine grandc hildren and two brothers and three sisters. The brothers are Malachi Rya n, Kaukauna, Wisconsin; Judge T.H. Ryan, Appleton, Wisconsin; the siste rs Mrs. Ellen Cripps, Miss Winifred Ryan, Kaukauna; and Mrs. Anna Harne y, Cloquet, Minnesota. The bearers were Ray Weems, J.J. O'Loughlin, Bert Steffee, W. Howl, C .P. Staed, and Ed Ziegler.
