- Patricia A. Franzke, Kaukauna, age 79, died Monday October 12, 2009, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 17, 1930, in De Pere to the late Fred and Jesse (Lenss) Milquette. Pat married Randall C. Franzke in Brillion on April 29, 1950. He preceded her in death on May 5, 2003. She loved to knit for various charities and family. She also loved playing cards with family and friends. Pat rarely missed her grandchildren's sporting events.
Pat is survived by her children: Cathy (Keith) Gerow, Kaukauna; Carol Vandehey, Kaukauna; Leon (Marge) Franzke, Omro; Rick (Kim) Franzke, Kaukauna; Cindy (Dennis) Van Asten, Kaukauna; and Keith (Mary) Franzke, Kaukauna; grandchildren: Shannan Vandehey, Samantha (special friend Donnie) Vandehey, Stefanie (Kevin) Doszak, Valerie (Dave) Munro, Pamela (Andy) Kirchen, Angela (Jon) Lenius, Joshua (Julianne) Franzke, Jason (Lisa) Franzke, Brandon Franzke, Brandie Van Asten, Kristle (special friend Brian) Van Asten, Amanda Van Asten, Melanie Van Asten, Elizabeth Franzke, Benjamin Franzke and Derrick Franzke; great grandchildren: Makennah Vandehey and Emily Kirchen; sisters-in-law, Millie Milquette and Betty Milquette of Green Bay; very special niece, Karen Brawner; and special friends: Enola Miller, Cleo Przybylski, Rosemary Schmitz, Jim and Geri Burkart and all her friends at White Potato Lake. Pat would like to share a very special thank you to the friendships she shared with the teachers and staff at Quinney School.
In addition to her husband and parents, Pat was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Lester and Laura Franzke; sisters and brothers: Vi Brockman, Joe Milquette, Jim Milquette, Fred Milquette, Gladys Eiler, Helen Adamonie, Richard Milquette and twin sisters that died at birth; and brother and sister-in-law, Melvin and Geraldine Rosin.
Visitation will be held at PEACE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (2300 Wisconsin Ave. Kaukauna) Thursday, October 15, 2009, beginning at 12 noon until time of funeral at 6 p.m. The Rev.
