  See Image Leonard W. Conrad, 135 Tayl or St. KaukaunaAge 78, died Monday, October 1, 1984 at Kaukauna Community Hospital follow ing a short illness. He was born December 20, 1905 in Freedom. He serv ed in the U.S. Army during World War II. He operated the Conrad Grocery St ore for many years and also worked for the Universal School Suppliers of A ppleton. He was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kaukauna, t he Knights of Columbus, Council 1033, also a life member of the Kaukauna E lks Club No. 962, a member of the Fox Valley Golf Club. He is surviv ed by his wife, Eleanor Mularkey Conrad; four brothers: Joseph, Peter, a nd Leo Conrad all of Kaukauna; Ves Conrad, Sturgeon Bay; three sisters: Mr s. Harvey (Frances) Wolfgram, Appleton; Mrs. Jack (Margaret) VanHimberge n, Kimberly; Mrs. Henry (Marie) Jansen, St. Nazianz; numerous nieces and n ephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and thr ee sisters. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Cross Cat holic Church, Kaukauna with Father Mike Hoffmann officiating. Burial wi ll be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
