Bongers, Marie Catherine, nee Feldkamp, Little ChuteAge 80, died Monday, August 18, 2003 at Cherry Meadows following a short i llness. She was born April 30, 1923 in Wrightstown, Wisconsin; daught er of the late Peter and Catherine (Lamers) Feldkamp. On September 23, 19 52 Marie married Leon A. Bongers at St. Paul Catholic Church, Wrightstow n. The couple enjoyed 47 years of marriage prior to his death in 1999. Mar ie enjoyed gardening, tending her flowers, baking, candy making and cookin g. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Marie w as a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Little Chute, the St. Elizabe th Society and the St. John's Mission Club.She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law: John Bongers, Little Ch ute; David (Linda) Bongers, Kaukauna; a daughter and son-in-law, Jayne (Je ff) Fritz, Kenosha; five grandchildren: Jennifer and Jacklyn Fritz, Kenosh a; Matthew, Nathan and Rebecca Bongers, Kaukauna; two brothers and a siste r-in-law: Howard (Mary) Feldkamp, Theodore Feldkamp, all of Kaukauna; fi ve sisters and brothers-in-law: Ethel (Gerald) Ebben, Greenville; Catheri ne (James) Bongers, Helen (Norbert) Evers, all of Little Chute; Theresa (J ames) Ison, Ft. Myers, Florida; Joan (Russell) Aerts, Wrightstown; numero us nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husba nd, and a brother Ralph Feldkamp.The funeral service will be 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2003 at HOLY C ROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street, Kaukauna with Msgr. James Vand en Hogen officiating. Friends will be received on Wednesday at Church fr om 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
