Later moved to the Dakota Territory. Owned Dry Goods Store in Freeport. Survived by widow, and the following children: Mrs. Mary Burns of Freeport, Mrs. Miles Doran, of Rockford, Edward, George, Will and Misses Hilary and Harriett Cox of Freeport. A brother Thomas Cox, Holland, Wis., a sister Miss Jennie Cox, Kaukauna, Wis. and nine grandchildren."(Note: This is a lengthy obit and I didn't copy everything in it.
