- Marie M. (School) Anderson, Born September 10, 1913, Died January 2, 2005
Marie was born in Freedom WI, the daughter of the late George and Minnie ( Klashius) School. She married Herbert (Andy) Anderson of Watson, MI on Ju ly 4, 1942, at Holy Cross Church, Kaukauna. Shortly thereafter they mov ed to Miami, FL. Andy worked for Pan American Airways, which offered th em the opportunity to travel the world. But the best trips were taken eve ry summer when they returned to Wisconsin and Michigan, with their childr en Jolana and Bill, to share their adventures with family and friends.After Andy's death in 1980 Marie remained in Miami, FL where they had liv ed for more than 50 years. She died at the age of 91, in Peachtree Cit y, GA where she recently resided.She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jolana and Tim Dooli ng of Tyrone, GA; her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Terri Anders on of Key Largo, FL; her granddaughter, Alisa Mathews of Alberton, MT; a nd grandsons, Steven and Joseph Anderson of Key Largo, FL. She is furth er survived by two sisters: Iline Arts and Alyce (Ray) Kons of Little Chut e; her sisters-in-law: Carol School, Freeport, IL; and Beverly School, Kau kauna.She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Andy; her siblings a nd their spouses: Bernice and Antone Meulemans, Loretta and Bill Gerritt s, Alois and Irene School, Melvin School, Richard School and James Arts.Visitation will be at Holy Cross Church, Kaukauna, on Friday January 7, 20 05, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Jack Mullarkey will officiate at the 12 No on Mass.In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial will be established.
