- Yohanek, Marcella B.Marcella B. Yohanek, 93, formerly of Kellnersville and a resident of the M anitowoc County Health Care Center, died Sunday evening, Aug. 22, 200 4, at the Manitowoc County Health Care Center. Funeral services will be he ld at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 26, 2004, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, K ellnersville. Monsignor Robert Gulig will celebrate the Mass of Christi an Burial with Sister Marlene Greatens homilist. Burial will take pla ce in the parish cemetery.Marcella was born Feb. 2, 1911, in the town of Cooperstown, daughter of t he late Joseph and Blanch Wanek Frelich. She attended the Hickory Grove Sc hool. On July 10, 1928, Marcella was married to Victor Arthur Yohanek at H oly Trinity Catholic Church in New Denmark. The couple owned and operat ed Yohanek's Garage and Hardware Store in Kellnersville for 47 years. Vict or preceded her in death on July 10, 1977. Marcella was a member of St. Jo seph Catholic Church, St. Joseph Rosary Society and served as their presid ent in the past, Daughters of Isabella Sacred Heart Circle #1039 of Denmar k, Prayer Group of Two Rivers, she served on the Social Concerns Committ ee of the Green Bay Diocese, served on the board of the Manitowoc Commissi on on Aging, Red Cross Commodities chairperson and Share Coordinator for t he Kellnersville area, KBA (Kellnersville Betterment Association), Kellner sville Senior Citizens, K-City Homemakers, and Wisconsin Czechs Inc.Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law: Dorothy (Robert) Ml eziva of Boise, Idaho; Donna Haugen of Milwaukee; Diane (David) Ange of Ra pid City, S.D.; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren: Jean (Bruc e) Wozniak of Green Bay, and their children: Jason, Luke and Katherine; Jo Ann (Bruce) Chandler of Boise, Idaho; Roy (Ellen) Mleziva of Canton, Ohi o, and their daughter: Colleen; Joyce (Doug) Schleis of Boise, Idaho, a nd their children: Hannah and Emylie; David (Sue) Mleziva of Boise, Idah o; Jon (Ann) Mleziva of De Pere, and their children: Jordan, Aaron, Eth an and Leah; Timothy Ange of Rapids City, S.D.; two brothers and three sis ters-in-law: Querin (Kathy) Frelich of Green Bay; Edwin (Hildegarde) Freli ch of Manitowoc; Ione Frelich of Green Bay; nieces, nephews, other relativ es and friends survive.She was preceded in death by three grandchildren: Donald Ange, Shalean An ge and Kristine Haugen; four brothers: Victor, Bernard, Joseph and Louis F relich; four sisters-in-law: Mary Frelich, Gertrude Frelich, Gladys Swetl ik and Grace Husar; two brothers-in-law: Sylvan Swetlik and Victor Husar.Relatives and friends may call at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Ho me of Kellnersville on Wednesday (TONIGHT) from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Thur sday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a. m. There will be a parish prayer service held at the funeral home on Wedne sday evening at 7 p.m. led by Sister Marlene.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer 's Association, the Manitowoc County Health Care Center or St. Joseph Pari sh.
