- Peters, Agnes H.Agnes H. Peters, age 93, of Omro, died peacefully, Thursday, October 28, 2 004 at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born December 18, 19 10 in the Town of Freedom, Wisconsin to the late Edward and Anna (Romso n) Geenen. Agnes married Frank H. Peters on June 27, 1934 at St. Nichol as Catholic Church in Freedom. Frank preceded Agnes in death on Septemb er 19, 1978. She was a member of St. Mary Parish in Omro and a past memb er of its Altar Society.Agnes is survived by one son, Robert (Ardell) Peters, of Omro; one daughte r, Judith (Robert) Kalbus-Umhoefer, of Hubertus, Wisconsin; six grandchild ren: Greg (Sue) Peters, of Omro; Doug (Tammi) Peters, of Winneconne; Li sa (Kirk) Gramoll, of Colgate, Wisconsin; Debra (Gary) Stromberg, of Lexin gton, Kentucky; Linda (Todd) Keller, of Madison; Marideth (Dan) Hernande z, of Cedarburg, Wisconsin. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandch ildren; one sister, Exilda (Lee) Valentine, of Freedom; numerous nieces, n ephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.Along with her parents and husband, Agnes was also preceded in death fo ur brothers, Ray, Joe, Gerald, and Henry Geenen; and two sisters, Alma Bue ttner, and Marion Murphy.A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2004 at 11 a.m. at S t. Mary Parish, 233 E. Scott St. Omro, with Rev. Joseph Mattern officiatin g. Burial will be in the Omro Cemetery.
