  Theodore E. Kamps, 71, former Appleton resident, died Saturday night in Pasadena, Calif., after a brief illness. Mr. Kamps left Appleton about 12 years ago. Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Ben Beschta, Mrs. Earl W. Bates, Appleton; Mrs. John Pappas, Pasadena; Mrs. Percy Knight, Monrovia, Calif., Mrs. Marvin Smith, Los Angeles; three sons, Norman and Richard, Pasadena; Sherman, Los Angeles; one sister, Mrs. Joseph Plank, Appleton; one brother, William Kamps, Milwaukee.
