- William E. Pogrant 'Bill' Age 65, Darboy, died Sunday, December 19, 2004 at Cherry Meadows Hospice, Appleton following a short illness. He was born November 17, 1939 in Appleton son of Earl and Rosella [Dietzen] Pogrant. William married Janet Weyenberg Andraschko August 26, 1983. Mr. Pogrant was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Little Chute. He was employed at Badger Northland and also the Community Blood Center where he enjoyed driving for 7 years as a couier until his retirement. Mr. Pogrant served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. He loved his family.
Bill is survived by his wife, Janet Andraschko Pogrant; his eight children; Jeffery Pogrant, Kaukauna; Karen [James] Williams, Wausau; Don [Chris] Pogrant, Kaukauna; Mike Pogrant, Manitowoc; Andy Andraschko, Little Chute; Robin Timler, Franksville; Dan [Laura] Andraschko, Menasha; Sarah [Andy] Miller, Haverhill, Mass.; ten grandchildren, Nathan, Steven, Stewart, Zachary, Peter, Alexandra, Kylee, Mackain, Robert and Meghan; one great grandchild, Tayler; his dog, Buddy; two brothers and two sisters, John [Betty] Pogrant, David [Joan] Pogrant, Donna Pogrant, Mary Lou [Dennis] Hoelzel; brothers in-law and sisters in-law, Sally [Otto] Kolpack, Joanne [Clay] Erickson, Sharon Weyenberg, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by a brother- in-law, James Weyenberg; godchil d, Suzan Coenen; and a niece, Jennifer Pogrant. Funeral services will be h eld at 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic C hurch with Rev. Msgr. James Vanden Hogan officiating. Interment wi ll be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Friends may call at the church f rom 4 p.m. Tuesday until the time of the mass. In lieu of flowers a memori al has been established.Bill's family wishes to thank family and friends, Dr. Robin Price, Theda C are medical staff and Cherry Meadows Hospice for their loving care and con cern.
