  Leone Heimmermann, age 96, passed away July 25, 2005, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Appleton. Leone was born on November 2, 1908 to the late John Charles and Sophie (Pingel) Julius. She married Michael Heimmermann November 27, 1930 in Mackville at St. Edwards Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughters: Audrey Dalke, Appleton; Betty (Erv "Farmer") Van Camp, Mackville; a son, Damian (Phyllis) Heimmermann, Hortonville; daughter-in-law, Audrey Heimmermann, 29 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, many more great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael, a son Raymond, infant daughter, Mary, three brothers and two sisters. Leone was an avid reader, she enjoyed playing sheepshead and solitaire, loved crocheting and made many afghans. She belonged to the Christian Mother's Society and she painted ceramics. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 28, 2005 at St. Edwards Catholic Church, N2921 St Hwy 47, with Father Charles Brooks officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will be in St. Edward Cemetery, Mackville.
