- Margaret "Muggs" Suchan, age 63, of 414 N. 6th Street in Reedsville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, at her home. She was born Aug. 3, 1944, in Roswell, New Mexico, daughter of the late Wilmer and Violet (Thiel) Wettstein. She was married on Feb. 13, 1965, to Gary Suchan in Chilton. She was employed with Aurora Westside Clinic as a Medical Transcriptionist until her retirement. Muggs loved her family, especially her grandchildren, socializing and visiting with co-workers and friends. She enjoyed nature - especially her birds, gardening, fishing and baking.
She is survived by her husband and best friend, Gary, a daughter Cheri Suchan, Appleton; a son Christopher Suchan, Marinette, WI; four grandchildren: Brianna, Danny, Christian and Jordan; a sister, Mary Lisowe and friend Kevin, Fond du Lac; a niece Tonya and a nephew Tim.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant son Jeff, two infant daughters and two brothers: Mike and Bob Wettstein.
Mass of Christian burial will be on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1100 W. Ryan Street in Brillion. The Rev. Mathew Simonar will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery, Chilton. Friends may call at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion from 9 a.m. on Saturday morning until the hour of mass. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the Suchan family with arrangements.
