- Katherine Calder, 86, Town of Clayton, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, January 9, 2015, at her home. She was born on September 28, 1928, in Menasha, daughter of Nicholas and Anna (Brodzinski) Kulogo. Katherine graduated from Neenah High School, Class of 1947. She retired from Presto Products, Appleton. Katherine was a devout member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah, and a proud elder for the Town of Clayton.
Katherine is survived by 4 children: Jenny Ohman, Victoria (Robert) Strehlow, Valerie (Willie) Nelson, and James (Terry) Calder; a daughter-in-law: Wanda Calder; 7 grandchildren: Peri, Roxanne, Robert Jr., Joseph, Stephanie, Christina, and Alexander; 7 great grandchildren; two siblings: Eva (Donald) Payne and John Kulogo; and many other relatives and friends.
Katherine was preceded in death by her parents; husband: James W. Calder; son: Stephan Calder; son-in-law: John Ohman; brother: Nicholas Kulogo; sister-in-law: Barbara Kulogo; and three step-siblings: William and Francis King, and Florence Petit.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial St., Neenah, with Fr. Larry Seidl officiating. Entombment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah. Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions in Katherine's name are appreciated to St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah.
