Johann's mother was Rosalia (Stadler) Aschenbrenner born on September 26, 1833 in Fürstenthal, Bukowina, Austria. She died in Ellis, Kansas on February 12, 1912.

This picture below was probably taken at an event of some importance, possibly Johann & Barbara's 50th wedding Anniversary which would have been around 1936 and seems to fit the time frame and age range of those pictured.

We are not sure who is who...most likely;

L-R: William, Joseph, Anton,

then the next two are either Franz, Johann or Philipp,

the 6th from the left is Johann Sr. Aschenbrenner, Barbara (Augustine) Aschenbrenner,

then probably Anna, Rosalia, Theresia and Catherine.

This picture of Johann Aschennbrenner and Barbara Augustine was taken at the same time as the photo above. So, if we can figure out who this man on the left is, we can identify him for both pictures.
