    Carl E. Peters, 89, of Green Bay entered his eternal rest surrounded by his family on Friday, November 13, 2015. He was born July 11, 1926 in Greenleaf, WI to Charles and Martha (Dreier) Peters.
    Carl graduated from Wrightstown High School Class of 1944. He then served in the U.S. Army Infantry during WWII. He fought in the South Pacific and with occupation forces in Japan. On June 12, 1948 he married Agnes Guyette. Agnes preceded him in death on March 8, 1980. Carl married Shirley M. Charbonneau (Plog) on February 28, 1981, in Green Bay at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Carl and Shirley liked to travel, visit family on Sundays, do crossword and jigsaw puzzles, play games, and collect cookie jars and angel figurines. He worked for Milprint Inc. for 42 years, and retired on January 12, 1990.
    Carl was survived by three stepsons, Richard Plog, Ronald and Debbie Plog, and Thomas Plog; five grandchildren, Wendy and David Rusch (Hobart), Kevin and Carrie Weiss, April & Ron Roffers, and Michael Macier, all of Green Bay; nine great grandchildren; step grandchildren, Heidi. Holly, Tina, Theresa, Tricia, Dana, Robert, Dan, Shirley, Mary, Ron, Kari, Tom, Kaylee; eighteen step great grandchildren; two sons-in-law, Bryan Goffard, and Robert Scharenbroch; one brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Isabel Peters; 4 sisters, Dorothy Daniels (Appleton), Betty and George Boucher, Lois Poradek (Coleman).
    He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Martha; four brothers, Ralph, Lloyd, John and Allen Peters; a sister Arlene Chapeau; an infant brother David; an infant sister, Karen; a son David Peters; a daughter Carol Goffard; grandson, Christopher Weiss; a stepdaughter, Sandra Scharenbroch; a daughters-in-law Deanna Plog, Sandy Plog; and a brother-in-law Francis Poradek; sisters-in-law Sally, Leona.
    Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Avenue, on Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home with Deacon Mike Mervilde officiating.     Obituary:
    Dorothy J. Daniels, 80, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010. She was born in Greenleaf, on June 21, 1929, daughter of the late Charles and Martha (Drier) Peters. On Nov. 22, 1947, Dorothy was united in marriage to Charles Daniels and he preceded her in death on Jan. 31, 2000.
    Dorothy loved to spend time with her family sharing her childhood memories of growing up in Greenleaf. She loved to cook, do jigsaw puzzles and was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church.
    Dorothy is survived by five children, Shirley Schweitzer, Charles, Jr., Stephan (Michele), Michael (Kathy), Jody (Brad) Schaefer; 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is further survived by four brothers, four sisters and many nieces and nephews.
    A funeral service for Dorothy will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010, at Zion Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Valley Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.

    Betty J. Boucher, 79, Ashwaubenon, died peacefully at her home on June 21, 2016. Born on December 21, 1936, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Charles and Martha Peters. On June 10, 1961, she married George Boucher at Trinity Lutheran Church. Betty was an avid reader, and she was passionate about her gardening. Her passion for flowers translated into a job at Schroeders Flowers for many years.
    Betty is survived by her loving husband, George; four children, Keith (Barb) Boucher, Green Bay, Deborah Sorenson, Appleton, Sandy (Andy) Pagel, Abrams, and Tracie (Paul) Van Den Eng, Kaukauna; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother, and one sister; and many nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson; and five brothers and three sisters.
    A memorial service will take place at a later date. Burial at Fairview Cemetery in Greenleaf. Simply Cremation assisted the family with services, 431-0100.
