    • MISS MARIE TATE IS BRIDE OF H. E. ALLEN (Special to Post-Crescent) New London - -The marriage of Miss Marie Tate, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Tate, Waupaca-st, to Harry E. Allen of this city, occurred at St. John's Episcopal church at 10 o'clock Monday morning, the Rev. Francis S. Dayton, rector of the church, performing the service. Miss Ruth Allen, Antigo, sister of the groom, attended the bride, while Allen Byland, also of Antigo, at- tended the groom. There were no guests present. Mr. and Mrs, Allen left on a honeymoon trip to the Black Hills. They will make their home here. Both are graduates of the New London high school, the bride having for several years acted as chief operator at the local telephone office. Mr. Allen is proprietor of the Allen tonsorial parlors.
