  Steven R. Paquette, age 49, New London, passed away unexpectedly as the result of an automobile accident on Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Steven was born on October 22, 1960, in Rhinelander, youngest son of the late Eugene and Loretta (Hails) Paquette. He was a graduate of Rhinelander High School. On August 1, 1992, he was united in marriage to Paula Davis in New London. She preceded him in death in February of 2007. Steven was currently employed at McCain Foods, Appleton, where he has worked for the past 21 years. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. Steven is survived by a daughter, Chanda Paquette, Georgia; three brothers: Jerry (Phyllis) Paquette, Hartford; Jim (Tracy) Paquette, Rhinelander and Dan (Denise) Paquette, Tigerton; a sister, Mary (Chuck) Whitehead, Lexington, South Carolina. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides his parents and wife, Paula, Steven is preceded in death by a brother Paul. Funeral services for Steven will held on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at 11 a.m. at New London Senior High School Auditorium with Stanley March, Bonita Kleeb and Ray Miller officiating. Visitation will be held at the Auditorium from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Most Precious Blood Catholic Cemetery, New London. Cline & Hanson Funeral Home 209 W.
