- Delia M. Vanderloop, St. Paul Home, KaukaunaAge 98, passed away early Good Friday morning at St. Paul Home in Kaukaun a. She was born in the Town of Greenleaf on December 18, 1902, daught er of the late John and Nellie (Van der Wettering) Freeman. On June 28, 19 28, she married Martin Vanderloop; he preceded her in death in 1955. Del ia enjoyed helping her family and neighbors with farm work and gardenin g. She also enjoyed reading stories to her grandchildren. In her later yea rs, she enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She will also be remember ed as a great Packer fan. Delia will be sadly missed by her three sons, D on (Bernice) Vanderloop, Ken (Ruth) Vanderloop, and Duane (Dolores) Vander loop, all of Kaukauna; a daughter-in-law, Wilma Vanderloop, Kaukauna; a fo rmer son-in-law, Clarence Weyers, Kaukauna; her loving grandchildren, Dav id (Nancy) Vanderloop, Susan (Mike) Schwabenlander, Dawn (Dan) Van Schynde l, Geraldine (Jeff) Yingling, Pat (Dave) Doering, Bill (Denise) Vanderloo p, Jim (Sue) Vanderloop, Teresa (Jeff) Robinson, Mary Vanderloop, Steve (L inda) Vanderloop, Terry (Bo) Vanderloop, Mark Vanderloop, Vicki Vanderloo p, Julie Vanderloop and her fiance Eric Kanlkula, Bruce (Sue) Vanderloo p, Diane (John) Wells, Bob Vanderloop and his fiancee Debbie Emmers, Kim ( Scott) Tennessen, Lynn (Mark) Lamers, Dennis (Mary) Weyers, Tom (Shelly) W eyers, Barbara (Dean) Van Eperen, and Karen (Rick) Verhagen; forty-one gre at-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Frank (Eunic e) Freeman, Mishawaka, Indiana; a sister, Florence (Adrian) Sargent, Misha waka, Indiana; special friends, Clarice Christopherson and Tom Tennesse n; and by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. S he was preceded in death by her husband, Martin, in 1955; a daughter, Elai ne Weyers, in 1984; a son, Gerald Vanderloop, in 1992; five brothers, thr ee sisters, and a granddaughter, Alice Marie Vanderloop. The funeral litur gy for Delia will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2001, at HO LY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna with Fr. Jack Mu llarkey officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends m ay call directly at the church on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the ho ur of the liturgy.The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the entire sta ff at the St. Paul Home.
