  Florence (Schabo) Brinkman, age 89, of Ft. Myers, FL and originally from Appleton, WI died September 16th, 2014 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law Judy and Keith Schnebel of Summerville, SC. Florence is survived by her children Ron and Jean Brinkman, Judy and Keith Schnebel, five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Florence was an avid baseball fan. She ushered for the Minnesota Twins for their spring training for 20 years. She followed the Green Bay Packers no matter where she lived. She was a member and Past President of the American Legion Auxiliary. She attended Tice Methodist Church (Ft. Myers, FL). A Memorial service will be held at 4pm Wednesday September 24th. At Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2330 E. Calumet St, Appleton. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Published in Appleton Post-Crescent on Sept. 21, 2014
