  Biography	KATHERINE NELLESSeN ORTLIEB Katherine was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Nellesson. When she was five years old, she and her parents immigrated to the U.S. and lived on their farm in Chilton, Calumet Co., WI. She was married 26 Oct. 1866, Fond Du Lac, WI, to Phillip Ortlieb. Katherine and Phillip had a farm in Chilton, WI, and raised their family there. Katherine died from influenza and was survived by her husband, Phillip; sons, Henry M., Phillip, Otto, George; daughters, Mrs. Charles Groeschel, Mrs. Henry Millay, and Mrs. Rose (John) Denissen; sisters, Mrs. Conrad Wetzel and Mrs. Emma Dobratz.
