Konrad H. Tuchscherer died on July 11, 2010, with his wife, Dorothy, at his bedside. Tuch was born Nov. 23, 1916, in Menasha, Wis., graduated from Lawrence University, and was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Tuch worked for 40 years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He retired from his position as Director of International Human Resources in 1980. Following retirement, Tuch and Dorothy returned to Door County. Tuch is survived by Dorothy, his wife of 67 years; three sons, Konrad (Mary) Tuchscherer, H. James (Michele) Tuchscherer, Michael (Kathleen) Tuchscherer; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Tuch also leaves behind his sisters, Alice St. Pierre, Kay Nash; extended family and many friends. A burial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Menasha, Wis., at a date to be determined. A private interment will follow. The family has designated Good Samaritan Scandia Village as the recipient of any memorial donations. August 1, 2010 Funeral Mass for Konrad H. Tuchscherer will be held Tuesday, Aug. 10, at 11 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church, Neenah, Wis. Immediately following the Mass the family will meet Tuch's friends at the home Michael and Kathleen Tuchscherer, 556 Riford Rd, Neenah, Wis.
