  Sylvia A. Chady, Neenah, Wisconsin, formerly of Waupaca, Wisconsin, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah, WI. She was born December 4, 1919, in the Town of Waupaca, WI; daughter of Albert and Laura (Abrahamson) Schultz. On January 6, 1940, Sylvia married Earl E. Chady in Waupaca, WI. He preceded her in death on February 23, 1999. Sylvia worked in the food service department in the Neenah School System for 28 years. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards (Sheepshead and Canasta), traveling the United States with her husband, Earl, and getting together with her family and friends during the holidays. Sylvia was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Neenah, WI. Sylvia is survived by nephews: Ronald (Judy) Ziebell, Black Creek, WI; Richard Ziebell, Waupaca, WI; Thomas Ziebell, Waupaca, WI; Dennis Van De Yacht, Wausau, WI; Michael Schultz, Tucson, AZ; Don Chady, Bill Chady, Bob Chady, Allan Chady; nieces: Diane (Steve) Ahrens, Menasha, WI; Donna Chady, Ardyce May Chady, Charlotte Vaughn, Janet Kisling; great-nephews: Timothy Van De Yacht, John Ziebell, Samuel Ziebell, and Christopher Ahrens; great-nieces: Laura Ziebell and Isabella Ahrens; great-great nieces: Stephanie and Ashley; special friends: June Everett, Christine Van De Yacht, Don and Carla Weiss, Phyllis Schultz, Phyllis Matazak, Margaret Schultz, and the Guyette family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl Chady, four sisters: Marjorie Weinmann, Dorothy Schultz, Verna Schultz, and Violet Ziebell, and two brothers: Vernon Schultz and Albert Schultz. A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 10, 2007, at 11 a.m., at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca. Reverend Randy Van Ert will officiate. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Park in the spring.
