    Koenig, Sister Jacqueline Sister Jacqueline Koenig, 61, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Christ ian Charity, died Wednesday morning, Aug. 30, 2006, at Holy Family Conven t, Manitowoc. She was born May 2, 1945, in De Pere, daughter of the late A llen and Dorothy (Cornelissen) Koenig. She entered the convent in 1963 a nd professed her vows in 1965. Sister Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Ar ts degree from Silver Lake College, Manitowoc, and a Master of Arts degr ee from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Mass. Sister Jacqueline serv ed as a teacher and/or principal at St. Joseph and St. Bernard, Green Ba y, St. John, Antigo, St. Paul, Wrightstown, St. Anthony, Neopit, Menomin ee Tribal School, Neopit, all of Wisconsin; St. Christopher, West Covin a, Calif.; Our Lady of Peace, Ironwood, Mich.; St. Peter, Bapchule and S an Xavier Mission, Tucson, Ariz. For a short time, she also served as a ho memaker at the Bishop Wycislo residence in Green Bay. She had been residi ng in St. Rita Health Center at the Motherhouse since January 2006. S he is member of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.Survivors include The Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity; five siste rs and five brothers-in-law, Peggy and Ronald Ward, Marcia and Joe Benmou r, Green Bay; Pat and Terry Mantor, Park Falls; Diane and Michael Lotto, G reenleaf; Karen and Jeff Franken, De Pere; four brothers and four sisters- in-law, David and Julie Koenig, Lyle and Lynn Koenig, Michael and Debbie K oenig, Bart and Julie Koenig, all of De Pere. Nieces, nephews, other relat ives and friends also survive.She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Donald.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006, at Ho ly Family Convent Chapel, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christi an Burial will be the Rev. Samuel D. Jadin, O. Praem., with burial at Ho ly Family Convent Cemetery, Manitowoc. The family will greet relatives a nd friends at Holy Family Convent, Manitowoc, from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sep t. 1, 2006, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. at Holy Family C onvent Chapel, Manitowoc.The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisti ng the family with funeral arrangements
