Obituary:
Mary J. Jansen, age 67, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born on May 6, 1946 in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, daughter of Joan H. (Grenzer) and the late Gerald L. Jansen. Mary loved the Green Bay Packers. She also loved dancing, playing board games, singing, going places, and celebrating her birthdays. She touched many lives, and will be truly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her mother, Joan Jansen, Appleton; sisters: Karen Rademaker, Menasha, Diane Jansen, Neenah; brothers: Tom (Shelley) Jansen, Franklin, Greg (Tammy) Jansen, Hortonville; many cousins and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis and Steven; and a brother-in-law, Richard Rademaker.
The funeral service for Mary will be held on Thursday, October 3 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church (410 W. Lawrence Street, Appleton) with Father Jim Leary officiating. Friends will be received directly at the church on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of service. Interment will be in Menasha's Resthaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's name may be given to A.R.C. Fox Cities Inc.
