    Francis E. Rentmeester, 92, Allouez resident, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, at the Jack and Engrid Meng Unity Hospice residence. He was born Feb. 12, 1919 ,in Green Bay, to the late Peter and Kate (Heyrman) Rentmeester. Francis served in the U.S. Army during WWII from Aug. of 1941, until his honorable discharge in July of 1945. While serving his country, Francis received numerous commendations. He married the former Elizabeth Coenen on Sept. 2, 1948, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in De Pere.
    Francis was self-employed as a homebuilder in Brown County and Sarasota County, Fla., until his retirement. He volunteered his time and talents at St. Vincent DePaul Society in Sarasota, and enjoyed fishing in Florida every day he was there. His green thumb led to bountiful gardens in Green Bay and Florida as well as numerous fruit trees. He may be most remembered for his booyah making skill. He loved preparing and cooking and then inviting everyone over to share in his labors. When it came to booyah, Francis was the Master. He was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Parish for many years as well as St. Martha's Parish in Sarasota.
    He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; and their six children, Carol (Wes) DeGrand,Grace (Glen) Gore, all of Green Bay; Gloria (Rod) MacDonald, Lakeland, Fla.; Janet (Beaver) Miller, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; Wayne (Jane) Rentmeester, Sarasota, Fla.; and Paul (Lori) Rentmeester, Green Bay; 21 grandchildren, Jason (Steph) Coisman, Chris (Rhonda) Coisman, Amber Coisman, Tyler DeGrand and fiancee, Ellen, Gina (Mike) Jensen, Geri (Danny) Greene, Greg Gore, Ashley Miller and Oscar, Tiffany Miller and Cory, Danielle (Mark) Niefeld, Jacqui Rentmeester, Jon Rentmeester, Madeline Rentmeester, Jesse, Jamie, Jerod and Janielle MacDonald, Missy (Dave) Hageness, Nicole Rentmeester, Matt Rentmeester and Shawn Rentmeester; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin (Myrtle) Rentmeester and Fabian (Enola) Rentmeester, all Green Bay; two brothers-in-law, Harold (Nancy) Coenen, Appleton; Gerald Coenen, Little Chute.

    Friends may call at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church, corner of Cass and Irwin Sts., after 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of Mass. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Larry Canavera officiating. Entombment in the Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.     Ralph R. Rentmeester, 78, Green Bay, passed away at a local nursing home on Tuesday, July 12, 2005. Ralph was born May 15, 1927, in Green Bay, to the late Peter and Katie (Heyrman) Rentmeester. On September 29, 1951, he married Theresa Lois Willette in Green Bay. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954, and received an honorable discharge. He was a paper machine operator for Green Bay Packaging, retiring after 40 years of service.
    Ralph is survived by his wife, Theresa Lois; one son, Dennis ?Russ? (Arlene) and their children, Christopher and fiancee (Dawn Williams); and Adam Rentmeester, Green Bay; one daughter, Debra (Ernie) Boucher, and their son, Ernest Boucher, Appleton; great-granddaughter, Caitlyn Rentmeester; two step-grandchildren, Shauna Hoffmann, Green Bay; Erika Hoffmann, Milwaukee; three brothers, Fabian (Enola), Francis (Betty), Marvin (Myrtle) Rentmeester, all of Green Bay.

    Lucille A. Vanden Bush, 84, Green Bay resident, died Sunday afternoon, June 2, 2013. She was born on February 26, 1929 in the town of Humboldt to the late Albert and Mary (Boehm) Rentmeester. On June 12, 1948 she married Clement Vanden Bush at Holy Martyrs of Gorcum. She was a lifelong member of Holy Martyrs of Gorcum which is now Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Lucille enjoyed crocheting and cooking, especially baking. Her life was dedicated to her family and was always a caring person. She looked after many of her family members in their time of need. Lucille loved attending family gatherings with all the Vanden Bush and Rentmeester clans. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
    She is survived by her son, Dale (special friend, Ashley Prue) Vanden Bush; daughter, Laurie (Celestino) Martinez; two grandchildren, Larissa and Aleksander; one sister, Laverne Hermans; one brother, Joe (Marge) Boehm; sisters-in-law, Florence Rentmeester; Margaret Rentmeester; Yvonne (Ron) Wypiszenski; Joan (Jim) Berger; Theresa Vanden Bush; Rosemary Vanden Bush; brother-in-law, Gilbert (Carol) Vanden Bush; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Bruce was born on Sept. 16, 1951, in Gre en Bay, the son of Lawrence and the late Helen (Coenen) Rentmeester. Bru ce attended St. Mary of the Angels Grade School and was a 1969 gradua te of Premontre High School. Bruce also attended the University of Wiscons in-Madison and Kenai Peninsula College in Kenai, Alaska.Bruce left Green Bay in 1974, hitchhiking to Alaska through a snowsto rm to work on the Alaska pipeline. He stayed in Alaska, ultimately worki ng as an operations technician for British Petroleum on the North Slope f or 15 years. Bruce met the former Vicki Kroeger in Homer, Alaska, in 198 5. On Nov, 14, 1990, Bruce married Vicki in her hometown of Jefferson Cit y, Mo.Those who had the privilege of knowing Bruce came to love and respect h im as a very intelligent, independent, genuine person who cared deeply abo ut his wife, his family, and his friends. His generosity was evident to th ose who came in contact with him. Bruce and Vicki enjoyed entertaining vis itors to Alaska, taking them sight-seeing, clamming, fishing, hiking, boat ing and showing them around Alaska.Bruce enjoyed many hobbies and interests ranging from hunting, fishing a nd snowmobiling to working with construction equipment to real estate deve lopment.     Mark served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 until 1971. He married the former Sue A. Schoen on May 1, 1987, in Green Bay. They resided in Green Bay until 2008, when they moved to Beecher.
    Mark owned and operated Duck Creek Windows and Doors in Green Bay, for 15 years, until his retirement in 2008.
    He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, painting, wideling, and especially spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren.

    John K. Rentmeester, 58, Green Bay resident, passed away of a heart attack on the Rentmeester Farm on Sunday, January 10, 2016. He was born on October 14, 1957 in Green Bay to the late Reynold Rentmeester and Eleanor "Patti" Sturm. John was a graduate of Preble High School. He married Antoinette Andrew in Green Bay on August 28, 1982.
    John owned and operated Rentmeester's Auto Body with his Dad, Reynie Rentmeester for many years and later with his son, Eric Rentmeester. He did auto body work for 42 years.
    John was passionate in whatever he would do in life, from scuba diving, boating, Tae Kwondo. He loved his hobby with RC Airplanes and was a founding member of the N.E.W RC Flying Club. John was also a member of the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) and the Northern Aces Flying Team.
    He spent many hours farming on his farm and he loved spending time with his family. John also enjoyed small animals, cats, dogs and small babies. John also liked music, especially rock and roll. He was a talented cook and enjoyed preparing Korean meals and crab legs for family and friends.
    He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Antoinette Rentmeester; children, Caroline (Tomas) Guzman; Eric (Sarah) Rentmeester; grandchildren, Monica and Vanessa Guzman; sisters, Mary Jane Rentmeester; Elizabeth (Paul) Ciszewski; step-mother, Shirley Rentmeester; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathleen Ann Rentmeester.
