    Obituary:
    Mary J. Jury, Little Chute, age 66, died at home on Tuesday, July 8th, after a courageous battle with ALS. She was born in Appleton on May 20, 1942, to the late Martin and Adeline (Wettstein) Jury. Mary was a member of St. Mary Parish, Appleton, where she was a choir member. She was also a past member of Old St. Mary's in Milwaukee. She retired from Guardian Insurance in 2006. Mary enjoyed traveling, sports and spending time with family and friends.
    Mary is survived by a sister, Bonnie (Robert) Benson and a brother, Daniel (Judy) Jury; a sister-in-law, Janet Jury, and brother-in-law, Eugene Hietpas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and other relatives and friends.
    In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by two sisters, Nona (Joseph) Kappell, and Susan Hietpas, and two brothers: Patrick Jury and Timothy Jury.
    Visitation will begin Friday, July 11, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. at ST. MARY PARISH (312 S. State St., Appleton). The Rev. Michael O'Rourke will officiate. The Rev. David J. Funk, O.F.M. Cap. will concelebrate. Committal St. John Cemetery, Little Chute.
    The family would like to wish a special Thank You to all of the care-givers who were extremely helpful to Mary during these last few months, especially her niece-in-law, Kelly Hietpas for her daily assistance and her sister-in-law Janet Jury who took Mary into her home, cared for her daily, and truly was her Guardian Angel.
