    Obituary:
    Raphael John Seefeldt, age 88, of Brillion, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at his home. Ray was born on April 20, 1922, in Brillion, son of the late Herman Sr. and Vila (Dickert) Seefeldt. He was a graduate of Brillion High School, class of 1940. Ray served our county in the United States Navy and was in Pearl Harbor after the attack of 1941. On July 10, 1946, he married Ruth E. Caflisch. She preceded him in death on October 4, 1994. Ray worked as a mechanic at Ryder Leasing.
    He is survived by his son: Randall, Brillion; two grandchildren: Jeffrey, Kenosha and Amanda, Jefferson; one great-grandchild: Braxton Lee; one sister-in-law: Eunice Seefeldt, Brillion, and other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth, two brothers and one sister-in-law: Herman Seefeldt Jr. and Kenneth (Ethel) Seefeldt; one sister and brother-in-law: Marjorie (Cliff) Weisshahn; and other in-laws.
    Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion. The Revs. Ross Henzi and Jonathan Bourman will officiate. Military rites will be accorded at church by the Bloedorn-Becker-Jensen American Legion Post 126 of Brillion. Burial will take place at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Brillion. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the Seefeldt family with funeral arrangements.     The family would like to thank Calumet Home Care for the compassionate care shown to Ray. Also, a special thank you to Pastors Henzi and Bourman as well as the congregation of Trinity Lutheran Church for their prayers and support.
