Description: Kalupa, Mrs. Kathleen "Katie"
Mrs. Kathleen "Katie" Kalupa, age 77, of Marquette, passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2007, at the Markesan Resident Home. She was born September 6, 1929, the daughter of Lee and Judy (Goeres) Kolerus. She was united in marriage to Robert Kalupa on June 25, 1949, in Kaukauna. Together they owned and operated the Marquette Hotel for 19 years.
She is survived by her husband, Robert, Marquette; a son, Lee Kalupa, Oconomowoc, WI; a daughter, Sue (Jim) Knauer, Port Washington, WI; a grandson, Andy Knauer; a sister, Pat Obey, Wausau; other relatives and friends.
Kathleen's wishes were to be cremated. Inurnment will be at a later date. Wachholz Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.
