Obituary:
William N. Hoffstatter, 43, passed away at his Appleton home Friday, July 22, 2011. Bill lived in Appleton and graduated from Appleton West High School in 1986, where he met his true love, Mary Hughes. Bill spent most of his employed life as a flooring master and knew many trades whose abilities were unsurpassed.
His children, Dylan and Amara, looked to their proud father for leadership, caring, and love that only this man could give. He was an energetic, outgoing man that would do anything for anyone and he will be forever loved and never forgotten.
Bill is survived by his children, Dylan and Amara Hoffstatter; the love of his life, Mary Hughes; his mother, Leta Hoffstatter; siblings, Emmy Balthazor (Mike) and their adult children, Rebecca, Ryan, Renee and Michelle; Nancy Brinsko (Mike) and their adult children, Muffy, Ben, Loni, Molly, Kezzi and Noelle; Julie Daily (Tom) and their adult children, Diandra and Kendra; Lori Jacobs (Jake) and their adult children, Joseph and Anastasia.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, Neil William Hoffstatter.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, Appleton. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Bill's name.
