Obituary:
Mrs. Steve Brem (Leona Collins) 404 Whitney St., Kaukauna Age 64, died early Sunday after a brief illness. She was born April 27, 1914 in Richland Center and had lived nearly all her life in Kaukauna. She was a member of St. Mary Altar Society and the Kaukauna A.A.R.P. and the Golden Agers. Survivors include her husband, Steve; two daughters: Mrs. Patricia DeBroux, Appleton; and Mrs. Roger (Caralyn) Berken, Kaukauna; a son, Steve Jr., Suring; a brother, Bernard Collins, Kaukauna; and three sisters; Mrs. Margaret Copsey and Mrs. Miss Louise and Miss Lucille Collins, all of Milwaukee; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Janet) Hammond, and a grandson, Craig Brem. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna, with the Rev. Gary Dantinne officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary Parish Cemetery. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral Home, Kaukauna, after 4 p.m. Tuesday where there will be a prayer servce at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Ronald Hammond (Janet Leone Brem) Route No. 1, Appleton Age 30, passed away at 1:30 a.m. Sunday after a short illness. She was born September 20, 1937 in Kaukauna. Mrs. Hammond was a graduate of Kaukauna High School in 1955 and the Outagamie Teachers College in 1958 and she taught at the Little Chute public school system from 1958 until 1963. Obituary:
Stephan G. Brem, age 60, McComb Lake Road, Mountain died in a local hospital on Saturday July 12, 2003. He was born in Kaukauna May 5, 1943 to the late Stephen and Leona Brem. He was married to Ellie April 10, 1976. The couple owned and operated Wayco Enterprises in Suring until retiring in 2001 and moving to Mountain. Steve was an avid fisherman and camper who enjoyed his winters in Florida. He was a member of Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain.
Survivors include his wife Ellie five daughters and their families Kelly (Garrett) Geib, Pembine Cindy (Robert) Warner, Ishpeming Mich. Debora (David) Paavo also Ishpeming Dawn (Bryan) Case, Suring Janet (Robert) Eny, Glen Burnie, Maryland three sons and their families. Steven (Trudy) Brem, New London Douglas Brem, Pembine Perry (Sheri) Wooden, Champion, Mich two sisters Patricia DeBroux, Kimberly Carolyn (Roger) Berkin, Kaukauna 10 grandchildren.
Steve was preceded in death by his son Craig and his sister Janet Hammond.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday July 19, 2003 at Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain from 10 a.m. until Memorial Services 11 a.m. with Pastor Paul Scheunemann officiating.
Gruetzmacher Funeral Home, Suring is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established at Tabor Lutheran Church.

Stephen George Brem, Jr., age 50 of Greenville passed away on November 16, 2013 of a heart arrhythmia at Theda Clark with family members by his side.
Steve was born on August 8, 1963 in Kaukauna, WI. Son of Mary (Rockey) Nushart and the late Stephen Brem, Sr. Steve graduated from Appleton West High School in 1981. Then Steve enlisted in the US Marine Corps where he attended Culinary School at Jacksonville, North Carolina State University and became a culinary instructor. He then returned to WI in 1984 and worked in the paper industry as a machine operator for the past 30 years. His employment included Appleton Papers, Menasha Corp, Kimberly Clark and SCA. He was united in marriage to Trudy Krueger, the love of his life and best friend, on October 24, 1992 at St Thomas More, Appleton, WI. Steve had many interests. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father-in-law, Gib and brother Doug, traveling and pampering his wife, Packer games with his brother-in-law, Todd, Brewer games with his nephew, Corey, and the Wood Tick races at his Mom and Dad's bar where he is the defending champ. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family where he could joke and create laughter, mostly at the humorous expense of his sister Kelly.
He is survived by his loving wife, Trudy Krueger, Mother, Mary Nushart, Father, Richard Nushart, Sister, Kelly (Garrett) Geib, Nephews, Justin (Jessica) Schadrie and Corey Schadrie, Great niece, Madelynn Schadrie. His wife's family, Mother-in-law, Margaret Krueger, brother-in-law, Todd (Lynne) Krueger, special niece, Tia Krueger, Michael (Bonnie) Krueger, Steven (Linda) Krueger, sister-in-law, Nancy (Marlin) Conradt, step brothers, step sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins many nieces and nephews and his 2 furry friends, Kato and Keshia.
He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Brem, Maternal Grandparents, Frank and Francis Femal and Clarence Rockey, Paternal Grandparents, Stephen and Leone Brem, Brothers, Craig Brem and Doug Brem and father-in-law, Gilbert Krueger.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00AM Thursday, November 21, 2013 at St Thomas More Catholic Church, 1810 N McDonald St, Appleton. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 20 at Valley Funeral Home, and will continue on Thursday at the church from 10:00AM until the hour of service. Entombment will be held 2:00PM on Thursday at Highland Memorial Park/Star of Hope Mausoleum 3131 North Richmond Street, Appleton.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Jean Bellile and Heidi Gonnering as well as our many friends and family for their support during his final days, as well as the excellent care from Theda Clark ICU/CCU team.
