Obituary:
Roger E. Garton, age 81, of Kaukauna, passed away at St. Paul Home, on Sunday, December 16, 2012. Roger was born on July 24, 1931, in Eau Claire, to the late Dewey and Delores (Kingsland). He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. Roger was employed at Thilmany Pulp and Paper Mill for over 35 years. Roger was a long-time member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Kaukauna. He married Eva Jones on November 19, 1955, in Kaukauna. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Eva; and his sister, Lynn Cart of Conyers, Georgia. Abiding by Roger's wishes, there will be no formal services. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be offered at www.wichmannfargo.com
