    Obituary:
    Theresa M. Eiting, age 88, of Kaukauna, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 30, 2016. She was born on May 30, 1928, daughter of the late John and Josephine (Zwick) Van De Hey. On May 23, 1950, she married Harland Eiting.
    Theresa was a sports fanatic, never missing her children's and grandchildren's events. She also loved her Brewers, Packers and Badgers, not often missing a game. Theresa was also a very good cook and baker, she made an extraordinary pie, and loved giving them to friends and family. She loved playing cards, and usually won, and didn't have any problem winning money from anyone, including her grandchildren. Above anything else, Theresa loved and cherished any time she could spend with her family. She was so very proud of each of their individual accomplishments. Her family meant everything to her, and they will truly miss her.
    Theresa is survived by her children: Jeff (JoAnn) Eiting, Cliff (Joyce) Eiting, Krista (Jim) VanBerkel, Laura Jansen, Vicki (Gary) Van Zeeland, Amy (Jay) Diedrick and Phil (Shawn) Eiting; grandchildren: Lisa Eiting, Craig (Jennifer) Eiting, Clay (Tammy) Eiting, Tara (Rocky) Erickson, Shannon Van Lanen, Kyle (Samantha) Eiting, Courtney (friend, John) Eiting, Keith (friend, Sam) Quella, Bill (Andrea) Quella, Luke (Abbie) Quella, Theresa (Skyler) Evers, Kelly (friend, Eric) VanBerkel, Korie VanBerkel, Jason (Lynn) Jansen, Jenine (friend, Chris) Graves, Jamie Koester, Tyler (friend, Missy) Genslak, Ashley Genslak, Adam (Megan) Van Zeeland, Arik Van Zeeland, Lindsey (Chris) Strickland, Alexandra (friend, Zach) Deidrick, Jayna Diedrick and Casey (friend, Kathy) Nelson; 33 great grandchildren with two more on the way; 3 great-great grandchildren; siblings: Conrad (Dorothy) Van De Hey and Marie (Dick) Reetz; sisters-in-law: Pat Van De Hey and Ella Mae Vande Wettering; a brother-in-law, Paul Broeren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Harland; her parents, John and Josephine; a son, Bill Eiting; siblings: Elmer (Millie) Van De Hey, Dots (Nibs) Ambrosius, Roche (Arvilla) Van De Hey, Bob (Rita) Van De Hey, Lloyd (Pauline) Van De Hey and Kathy (Syl) Thiel; brothers and sisters-in-law: Bob Vande Wettering, Betty Lou (Ken) Thon, Alverne Broeren and Darlene (Erle) Deering.
    Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2016, at St. Francis Catholic Church, 433 County Road CE, Hollandtown, with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Hollandtown.     The Eiting family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Kindred Hearts, Theresa's friends at the Roundhouse Manor, and to Dr. Jennifer Schoening. All of the care and compassion that each of you have given to our mother is greatly appreciated.
